Submission is not a charge
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout sends an order request for the selected brushes or towels and, when successfully saved, provides a reference. It does not process a card, bank or wallet payment, create a paid receipt or complete merchant acceptance. There is no online acquiring service connected to this store. Do not enter card numbers, banking passwords, account details or other financial credentials in order notes, email or a phone message. The request form asks for delivery and contact information only.
How the final offer works
We check availability and the delivery details before proposing an itemized final total. Listed merchandise prices and shipping exclude applicable sales tax. The request estimate shows merchandise plus shipping before tax, with no invented tax rate. Standard shipping is $5.00, or $0.00 when the merchandise subtotal reaches $60.00 before tax and shipping. We explain applicable tax and obtain your approval of the complete final total before acceptance or payment. Website request quantities are not independently verified warehouse stock, and a submitted reference alone does not reserve goods.
The agreed payment method
The post-confirmation payment method is manual bank transfer. Instructions are supplied privately by the merchant after acceptance; no bank identity, account number, payment processor, financing arrangement or wallet integration is represented as connected here. Confirm that instructions match the offer and reference before sending funds. If instructions cannot be supplied, no payment is due and you may cancel the request without charge. Preparation begins after acceptance and receipt of the agreed payment, not merely when a reference is displayed.
Changes and duplicate requests
A change to price, item, quantity, delivery details or schedule requires your agreement. You may decline revised terms without charge; we do not silently substitute a different brush or towel. If submission fails, the cart and entered details remain available to correct or try again. Only a success page with a reference confirms that a request was saved. A repeated submission of the same successful checkout returns its existing reference rather than representing a second payment. If you are unsure whether another request exists, contact us with the reference before resubmitting or sending funds. Automatic confirmation email is not promised.
Cancellation, refunds and help
Cancel an unaccepted request without charge. For an accepted order, ask about cancellation before dispatch; after dispatch, the Returns Policy applies. An unpaid request has no monetary refund. Approved refunds use the original agreed payment method and are issued within 5 business days after receipt of eligible returned goods. A financial institution may take additional time to post the credit. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. If an amount or instruction looks wrong, stop and ask us to clarify it. Never resend funds solely because a request remains pending on the website. Include the reference and the question, not confidential banking information.
