Penny Lane Hair Salon operates this storefront for physical manual hair brushes and salon towels. It is not an appointment booking service, treatment provider or source of medical advice. Each listing describes the construction, approximate dimensions, material, color and included sold unit. Compare these details before requesting an item. Images illustrate the offered product; display settings can affect color, and an image does not add accessories or a second item to the sale. We make no unsupported certification, origin or professional endorsement claim.
Making and accepting a request
Choose a product and quantity, review the cart, enter accurate contact and delivery details, and agree to these terms before submitting. A saved reference confirms an order request, not payment or merchant acceptance. We check availability and the final offer before acceptance. Website availability supports requests and is not independently audited physical inventory. If an obvious listing error or unavailable item affects your request, we explain it and seek agreement. You may decline revised terms without charge. There are no automatic substitutions.
Prices and related policies
All prices are USD. Merchandise and shipping exclude applicable sales tax. Standard shipping is $5.00, waived at a merchandise subtotal of $60.00 before tax and shipping. We provide the applicable tax and final total for approval before acceptance or payment. Manual bank transfer instructions are supplied privately after acceptance; this website does not collect payment credentials. Preparation is estimated at 1–3 business days after acceptance and agreed payment, followed by estimated transit of 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Changes and responsible use
Cancel an unaccepted request without charge. For an accepted order, ask before dispatch; after dispatch use the Returns Policy. Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 21 calendar days after delivery, subject to the stated condition and cost rules. Provide truthful information and use the site lawfully without interfering with another customer's access. Follow the product's care and handling limits. A finishing brush is for already detangled hair, and manual brushes are not electrically heated tools. No product guarantees results or treats a scalp condition. Do not force a snag or place a brush against a hot nozzle.
